Welcome to the Subcontractor's business section of the Malpas & Birmingham Inc. website. When you recieve a Request For Quotation, please read these online documents carefully as they are all incorporated into your subcontract by reference. All the documents are in .pdf format and can be downloaded and/or printed. There are three levels of information that make up a subcontract:
PUBLIC LEVEL: These are the subcontractor forms which are used across all M&B projects. These are available to visitors to the main website.

PROJECT LEVEL: These documents contain the information that pertains to each project. A password is required to get into a specific project area, and it should be included in your RFQ. If not call the office for a password. Each project area contains documents similar to the following:

Haz Mat Report	Geotechnical Report
PRIVATE LEVEL: After you've been awarded a job, the private agreement between Malpas and Birmingham and your company is stored here and is accessible at any time. Access to this area is by additional password.

We generally email the Subcontract Agreement and the project specific information to you. Since the world isn't quite up to speed on electronic signatures yet, you'll have to print out such things as lien releases, sign them, and fax them back to us.
